Bojnice – Nitra (79 km, 1 hodina 17 minút)

Našou ďalšou zastávkou bola remeselná pekáreň Roh v Nitre, ktorá si od svojho otvorenia v apríli tohto roku získala srdcia obyvateľov Nitry. Pekáreň Roh patrí Chulud Abbasovej, ktorá má po otcovi korene v Iraku a po mamine v Nitre. V Nitre Chulud tiež vyrastala, študovala a po škole sa rozhodla vyskúšať život letušky. Keď už ju táto práca nenapĺňala, rozhodla sa, že bude pekárka. Vyučila sa za pekárku, stážovala vo viacerých svetových pekárňach, aby sa naučila to najlepšie od najlepších. Následne pracovala v Dubaji, v jednej z najväčších a najznámejších pekárni.

Tam sa ešte zdokonalila a prišla s nápadom otvoriť si vlastnú pekáreň priamo pod Zoborom. So sebou si zobrala aj dvoch zahraničných kolegov, lebo vedela, že sa na nich môže spoľahnúť a svoju prácu robia srdcom, s dôrazom na detail a kvalitu. A tak Amit z Nepálu a Simeon z Kene pečú každú noc potivé kváskové pečivo priamo v historickej časti Nitry.

Ponuka je veľmi pestrá. Základ tvorí poctivý kváskový chlieb. Okrem toho si môžete zakúpiť bagety, ciabatty, focaccie, francúzske croissanty, briošky. Ich špecialitou je matcha koláč a Čičmanská kocka. Denne je v ponuke 10 druhov sladkého pečiva ako čokoládový croisant, ovocný croisant, čokoládová rolka, jahodový tart, double pain au chocolat s vanilkovou zmrzlinou.

K ránu neodmysliteľne patrí aj šálka kvalitnej kávy. Na mlynčeku majú výberovú kávu od slovenskej pražiarne Moka. Okrem tradičného espressa vám radi pripravia aj kapučíno z kravského, ale aj rastlinného mlieka. Počas teplých dní sa môžete osviežiť ovocnými limonádami, ľadovou kávou či ľadovým matcha kapučínom.

Pekáreň Roh určite stojí za návštevu a my sme radi, že sme mali možnosť poodhaliť tajomstvo krásneho remesla, akým pekárstvo rozhodne je. Z takýchto miest sa nám ťažko odchádza, no pred sebou máme ešte jednu skvelú kaviareň. Nasadáme do našej 600-ky a vyrážame smer Bratislava.
